Tips For Exhibitor Making Online Entries

• Recommended Browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Older versions of Internet Explorer may cause unexpected results.
• Register ALL entries for each Exhibitor in the FAMILY before proceeding to the Payment Section. (No payment will be due.)
  • NEW: Animal Record Books are listed under the 4-H static department and division 010: Animal Record Book and then the specific record book for your animal. In the description list which specie of animal is being shown.
  • Register for Showmanship in Livestock, Horse and Small Animal.
  • Exhibit descriptions: The description text box is for you to provide a detailed description of your exhibit so that county staff and ND State Fair staff know exactly what to look for upon check in and exhibition. For example if you type in "bird house" we do not know which birdhouse is yours. If you type in "bird house with red tin roof, star shape entrance, and blue walls" we will be able to find the bird house and attach the appropriate tag and awards.
  • Cloverbud static exhibits are listed under the 4-H static department and division 00: Cloverbud, Class 0000: Cloverbud, and then list the description of the exhibit.
• Be sure to click the "Submit" button when you have completed your entries. Entries are not finalized until they have been submitted.
• Check your email inbox for a confirmation email with a list of your entries.
• You will receive a second email when your entries have been approved.
• YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT AGAIN UNTIL YOUR PREVIOUS ENTRIES ARE APPROVED BY THE EXTENSION OFFICE.
