Livestock Entries- Due July 10th
4-H Still Life Entries- Due July 10th
Horse & Dog Entries- Due July 10th
General Exhibits- Due August 5th
Online entry deadlines close at 9:59 PM PST on the deadline date. Servers will automatically close. Entries must be complete AND submitted at this time.
Once online registration has closed you will have the opportunity to register general exhibits on-site, the week before Fair. Check our website for more details at www.gcfairgrounds.com/onsiteregistration.
Registration Fees & Exhibitor Passes:
Small Livestock Exhibitor Registration Fee- $5.00 (Per exhibitor NOT per animal)
Your exhibitor pass will be included in your Livestock Packet which will be distributed at CHECK-IN Monday, August 13th.
Exhibitors may purchase a discounted season pass at the Fair Office. However, you must provide proof of registration at the point of purchase. Stiff life exhibitors are not required to purchase a season pass.
Please note: If you have already purchased camping it includes four (4) Season Passes.
