Please follow the 2024 North Dakota State Fair 4-H Exhibit List for a complete description of all classes including rules. (Be sure to select the correct class depending upon exhibitor's 4-H age.) Please follow class rules carefully!

IMPORTANT ACHIEVEMENT DAYS REGISTRATION NOTES:

CLOVERBUD MEMBERS - 4-H ages 5-7 as of Sept. 1, 2023.

Static exhibits - Place Cloverbud exhibits in 4-H Static Cloverbuds: Division 00 and Class 0000. Add a detailed description. Cloverbuds are allowed to bring two exhibits. If the member is enrolled in the Livestock or Crop Incentive Program, those exhibits do not count toward their two static exhibit limit.

Livestock Exhibits - enter under appropriate Division and Class numbers. Cloverbuds should register in Showmanship under their appropriate species.

REGULAR MEMBERS - 4-H ages 8-18 as of Sept. 1, 2023

Static exhibits - Place under 4-H Static. Refer to the North Dakota State Fair 4-H Exhibit List for appropriate Division and Class numbers.

Livestock exhibits - Place under appropriate species. Refer to the State Fair 4-H Exhibit List for all Division and Class numbers. Everyone showing livestock should register in Showmanship under their appropriate species.

Tips for making online entries:

• Google Chrome or Firefox are the recommended browsers.
• Exhibit descriptions are required and should be descriptive but no longer than one sentence long. If you are unsure of the exhibit's description, leave it blank. Once you know the description, email it to millie.steckler@ndsu.edu no later than Monday, July 8th.
• Be sure to click "Submit" AFTER you have completed ALL the entries for ALL your family members. If you click "Submit" before entering all your entries, your account will be locked until the Extension Office has approved your entries. Entries are not final until they have been submitted. If you are unable to complete your entries in one sitting, it will be saved for you to complete at a later time.
• Check your email inbox for a confirmation email. You will receive a second email with a list of your entries when your entries have been approved.
• Once you have submitted your entries and they have been approved by the Extension Office, you can make changes in FairEntry up until the June 27th deadline. After June 27th, you will need to email millie.steckler@ndsu.edu with any changes.
